Peter joined us in January of this year as a Milk Quality Advisor. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from TUS and previously worked with AHV Ireland and Agridata. Peter is responsible for providing technical advice to our milk suppliers with the aim of improving milk quality both on-farm and throughout the collection / delivery process. He will also advise on improving herd health by reducing Somatic Cell Count levels in milk and Bord Bia SDAS queries.
