Delivering the Freshest Flavours
For over a century Centenary Dairy has brought the freshest flavours of Tipperary to kitchen tables throughout the county through our two key operations: milk collection and milk processing.
Milk Collection Unit
Every year, our team collects up to 200 million litres of milk from 320 suppliers spanning Cashel to Birr. Our cutting-edge laboratory in Ballyduff is equipped with real-time and whole herd testing facilities to ensure top-quality service.
Career opportunities can include logistics coordinators, lab technicians, and IT support to manage our sophisticated systems, including a specialised app developed for dairy farmers to monitor milk collections, quality tests, and financials.
Milk Processing Unit
Centenary Dairy proudly operates one of the few remaining independent dairies in Ireland. At our Thurles facility, we produce the ‘Thurles Fresh Milk’ and ‘Tipperary Fresh’ range.
Much of the milk produced is processed into cheese, butter and powders for the export market. Career opportunities in our production division include roles in manufacturing, quality assurance, product development and sales, and distribution management.
