    Our recent Stock Control training highlighted the critical role stock management plays in driving profitability. The session focused on understanding the true cost of holding stock, reducing slow-moving items, and minimising waste, damage, and shrinkage. Employees were encouraged to take a proactive approach, with practical tools and techniques shared to improve forecasting, maintain optimal stock levels, and ultimately support stronger business performance.

  • AI Workshop
    A number of staff recently attended a Digital Transformation and AI workshop, led by experts from TUS Limerick and AI Ireland, which provided valuable insights into how SME businesses can leverage digital tools and emerging technologies. The session highlighted supports available through European Digital Innovation Hubs, alongside practical demonstrations of how AI can be applied in everyday business operations. The workshop had a strong focus on practical, real-world applications tailored to SME needs.

    As part of our ongoing commitment to safety, staff regularly attend training in key operational areas, including forklift operation, loader use, and refresher programmes for both. These sessions ensure employees maintain the necessary skills, awareness, and compliance standards to carry out their roles safely and effectively, supporting a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across the business.
